Solve world hunger — one person at a time.

One World Nourishment delivers pizza, bread, and water — fresh off the truck — to people living on the street. It started with one man, a stack of pizzas, and a simple belief: do one kind deed for one person, every single day.

See it in action

This is the work — real food, real people, downtown Grand Rapids.

On the street

A trunk full of hot food, a busy sidewalk, and a line of people who needed a meal today. No forms, no wait — just food, handed over one person at a time. The video is the Grand Rapids outreach FOX 17 came out to cover; the mission travels from there.

What we do

Real food, handed to a real person, on the street where they are.

No forms, no waiting rooms, no red tape. We buy hot food and carry it to the sidewalks and corners where people are hungry today — often near Grand Rapids' Mel Trotter and Dégagé Ministries, with pizza straight from Uccello's on Monroe Center. When disaster strikes elsewhere, we go: this year we fed people affected by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica.

Pizza, bread & water

Hot, fresh, and immediate. The first thing a hungry person needs isn't a program — it's a meal, today.

Every single day

This isn't a one-day thing. People need food every day — so we show up every day.

The goal

Help us put a food truck on the road.

Right now our reach is limited to what one person can carry. A food truck changes everything — more food, more kinds of food, more cities, more people fed every week. Your gift goes directly toward buying that truck and keeping it stocked.
